What’s covered
We cover golf carts and buggies, wheelchairs, mobility scooters or similar medical aids designed to assist with physical disabilities or the elderly. Know that for a claim on an item with a replacement value of over $3,000, we will ask for proof of purchase, a professional valuation and a photograph.
Know that we do offer coverage for loss or damage if an insured event has occurred whilst away from the insured address. This is an optional upgrade, so the choice is yours.
What’s not covered
There are instances where you will not be covered for loss of damage to golf carts and buggies, wheelchairs, or mobility scooter, etc. Such as, the loss or damage was not the result of an insured event. Legal liability in connection with use, ownership or instructing someone on how to use the golf cart or buggy, wheelchair or mobility scooter, etc, is not covered.
