Loss or liability in connection with an act or omission by you, your family, anyone living at the insured address or any owner or part owner of the home or contents, or anyone acting with your consent which:
- is deliberate;
- is a deliberate lack of action;
- demonstrates a reckless disregard for the consequences of that action or omission.
