Sadly, some people lack respect for other people’s property. Should loss or damage occur to your home or contents caused by malicious acts or vandalism, Suncorp Insurance may cover the cost of repair or replacement.
What policy covers loss or damage caused by malicious acts and vandalism?
What’s covered
If loss or damage is caused to your home and/or contents by malicious acts or vandalism, you can lodge a claim. Examples of these events are:
- when vandals take a cricket bat to your letterbox and damage it, or
- when vandals paint graffiti on your home (including your fence, driveway).
What’s not covered?
There are instances where you are not covered, such as where the loss or damage is caused by you, someone living at the insured address, or by someone who entered the insured address with your consent, or with the consent of someone living at the insured address.
