Loss, damage or liability arising from or in connected with the roots of trees, shrubs and plants.

We do cover:

liquid leaking or overflowing from pipes or drains that are blocked or damaged by roots to the extent this is covered by the insured event ‘escape of liquid’;
roots from a fallen tree to the extent covered under the insured event ‘impact’.
