Loss, damage or liability arising from or connected with water seeping or running:
- through the earth (hydrostatic water seepage);
- down the sides of earth or earth fill that is up against the home;
- down the sides, against the sides or underneath swimming pools, spas or tanks;
- against or through retaining walls;
- from agricultural pipes or overflow pipes.
