What’s not covered
Loss, damage to or liability arising from or connected with any part of the home, unit or contents that has wear, tear, rust, fading, rising damp, corrosion, rot, action of light, atmospheric or climatic conditions or gradual deterioration, such as, but not limited to:
- tiles or grouting breaking down;
- weathering of roof tiles;
- gradual weathering of bricks, mortar, pot plants, or concrete;
- wear and tear of carpets; or
- fading of curtains or drapes.
