COVERED
A fence can offer a heightened degree of security for your home and add a bit of personality to your property. Here is more information on the cover for fencing under Suncorp Home Insurance.
What policy provides cover
In addition to the distance limit shown above, we will not pay more than the home sum insured shown on your certificate of insurance.
What’s covered
We cover loss or damage to fencing. The most we will pay for any one incident for our levels of cover are the fixed limits shown in the table above.
What’s not covered
We do not cover fencing under certain insured events or optional "Accidental damage at home" cover if a reasonable person would consider them to be in an obvious state of disrepair before the loss or damage occurred. You can learn more about other exclusions in the Product Disclosure Statement.
