We cover garden borders, sealed pathways and paved or concreted floor areas at the insured address as part of the home.
What’s not covered
There are some instances where you will not be covered. That is, if any part of the home is not in good condition or has wear, tear or deterioration. We do not cover some losses where home extensions, alterations or renovations are not complete.
There is also no cover for this in certain insured events (i.e. Flood, Storm, Impact and Storm Surge) or under optional Accidental Damage at home cover, which you can read about along with other exclusions in the Product Disclosure Statement.
