There are many benefits to having a sealed driveway or road on your property – like helping the health of your car’s tyres. Here is a bit of information on the coverage for sealed driveways and sealed roads under Suncorp Home Insurance cover.
What policy provides cover
What’s covered
We cover sealed driveways or sealed roads. A fixed limit for any one incident of up to 500 metres applies.
As outlined in the table above, the limit does not vary across the levels of cover. However, know that in addition to this distance limit, we will not pay more than the home sum insured shown on your certificate of insurance.
What’s not covered
We do not cover loose or compacted soil, sand, lawn, artificial grass (including on roads, driveways and tracks), pebbles, rocks or granular rubber.
