What’s covered
Services are covered as part of the home, both above and below ground that you own and are responsible for, like the water or waste service line.
What’s not covered
There are some instances where you will not be covered. We don’t cover loss or damage to underground services caused by road vehicles, cranes or earthmoving equipment – see exclusions under ‘Impact’ insured event and ‘Accidental damage at home’ optional cover in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
