Australians are a sporty bunch, with tennis considered to be a popular sporting past time. Some of us are lucky enough to have a place to practice, train, and play tennis at our homes. It’s comforting to know that tennis courts can be insured under Suncorp Home Insurance.
What policy provides cover
What’s covered
We cover tennis courts but do not cover them if they do not meet building laws or regulations or are not in good condition.
What’s not covered
We do not cover any part of the home that is not in good condition or has wear, tear or deterioration. We do not cover some losses where home extensions, alterations or renovations are incomplete.
There are instances where you may not have cover, such as in certain insured events (i.e. Flood, Storm or Storm Surge) or under optional ‘Accidental Damage at home’ cover.
