Effective from 14 April 2025, Suncorp Bank PayLater is no longer available for new applications.
Important notice of change to Suncorp Bank PayLater
After careful consideration, we have made the decision to stop offering Suncorp Bank PayLater.
What does that mean for you?
Suncorp Bank is undertaking a process to simplify our products and as a result:
- On 2 June 2025, your Suncorp Bank PayLater Visa Debit Card will be cancelled and you will no longer be able make new purchases.
- If you have no outstanding payment schedule(s), your account will be closed on 2 June 2025.
- If you have outstanding payment schedule(s), these will continue, and your account will be closed on 22 July 2025.
- If you do not meet your payment schedule(s) by the due date, your account will remain open and will be subject to the debt collection process.
- Your Everyday Options account linked to your Suncorp Bank PayLater account will not be affected by this change.
What do you need to do?
The Suncorp Bank PayLater Terms & Conditions continue to apply to your account while it remains open, this means:
- All purchases made prior to cancellation of your PayLater Visa Debit card must be paid in full in accordance with the 6-week payment schedule.
- Missed repayments may be subject to late fees.
