Where can I find my Certificate of Insurance?
Your Certificate of Insurance will be sent to you when you buy a policy, however, if you would like to request another copy, you can do so through your My Suncorp log in.
From log in, click on the policy you want to obtain your Certificate of Insurance for, listed under ‘Insured Policies List’. Then, select on ‘Get documents’, and ‘Certificate of Insurance’. The default email address will be the one we have listed under your contact details; however, you can choose to send your Certificate of Insurance to an alternative address.
