Suncorp Insurance Missed Payments

It’s important to make premium payments on time. But if you miss an instalment, don’t panic – there are steps you can take to keep your policy active.

Pay a missed instalment

You can easily resolve payment issues for Home, Car and Landlord Insurance in the Suncorp Insurance App or by logging in to My Suncorp.

 

1. Login

Select ‘Pay Now’ on the reminder banner in My Suncorp or in the Suncorp Insurance App.

 

2. Make a payment

Fill out your payment details in the pop-up window.
Then – you’re done

If you have missed the window to make a one-off payment online, or if you have more than one unpaid instalment you will not see a ‘Pay Now’ button in the Suncorp Insurance App or My Suncorp. If you’re in this scenario, please call us.

You also won’t be able to make a manual payment for the five business days after a direct debit attempt.

Need to update payment details?

You can easily update your payment details via My Suncorp. Just log in and select ‘Change Payment Details’
