You can easily resolve payment issues for Home, Car and Landlord Insurance in the Suncorp Insurance App or by logging in to My Suncorp.

If you have missed the window to make a one-off payment online, or if you have more than one unpaid instalment you will not see a ‘Pay Now’ button in the Suncorp Insurance App or My Suncorp. If you’re in this scenario, please call us.
You also won’t be able to make a manual payment for the five business days after a direct debit attempt.
Need to update payment details?
You can easily update your payment details via My Suncorp. Just log in and select ‘Change Payment Details’
Frequently Asked Questions
If a monthly instalment is overdue, we will let you know and we can cancel your policy:
- by giving you at least 14 days advance notice; or
- without advance notice, once the instalment is one month late.
We’ll notify you of an overdue payment.
What you can do in the Suncorp Insurance App varies depending on what type of insurance policy you have. The Suncorp Insurance App is not available, or fully available, for all policy types or claims types. Following policies are supported:

You can use both to manage your insurance policies. However, if you’d like to receive mobile app notifications and alerts about your policies, you may prefer to use the Suncorp Insurance App.

You can easily reset your PIN or password from within the Suncorp Insurance App.
- You can reset your password by selecting the 'Forgot password' link on the login screen and following the prompts.
- You can reset your PIN by selecting the 'Forgot PIN? link on the login screen and following the prompts.
If you have opted into electronic notice delivery, we’ll text you about an overdue instalment and may ask if you want us to attempt the transaction again on our end.
If you respond ‘Yes’, we’ll attempt another automatic payment in two business days.
You can check this payment status through your financial institution without needing to call us to confirm. It’s that easy!
