Yes, we provide cover for cars

• owned, registered, and insured in a private name (the name of an individual) and
• the owner of the car, or a listed driver on the policy, drives the car to provide trips or journeys for passengers for a fee and
• the arrangement is with the car owner or listed driver via a ridesharing platform, website or app.

Taxis, hire cars or cars used in car sharing schemes are not treated as ride-sharing.
