The policy owner, nominated beneficiary, or legal personal representative can make a claim.

You will be advised of the required information from your beneficiary that confirms their identity, your identity and that the insured person has passed away. This may include:

• drivers licence or passport, and
• medical certificate confirming the Life Insured’s death.
